Have you thought about oatmeal? Oatmeal is good for you and fills you up! Some other ideas would be french toast, pancakes, breakfast muffins, granola bars.

What about oatmeal made with milk and peanut butter or conserve with a sliced banana or diced apple. Mix it all together, it looks a little weird but really keeps you full.

Quick cheese omelet: need 2 eggs, a microwaveable bowl, 1/4 cup water, shredded cheese and microwave
Beat eggs and water in bowl, place in microwave for 2 minutes or until the eggs begin to harden. Add cheese and microwave for a minute or until cheese is melted. Total time to make is about 5 minutes, you can also add some veggies or meat that you may want.

A protein smoothie! They’re good for you, are easy to digest, give you lots of energy, and taste great. For example:

1 scoop unflavored whey protein
1 cored and peeled apple (or 2/3 cup applesauce)
2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons honey (or brown sugar)
1 tablespoon flax seed
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup water

This one tastes like apple pie! They’re are many, many recipes available; just scan the internet.

A little protein is great to have in the morning, but most sources of protein are heavy (eggs, meat). Whey protein is cheap, easy on the stomach, and is absorbed quickly.
I prefer unflavored whey protein because some of the flavored kinds contain aspartame or splenda (ugh). I add honey instead.

If you are usually rushed in the morning, just put all your dry ingredients in the blender the night before. Then all you have to do in the morning is add the water, milk, and fruit or whatever, and you’re good to go.
