I am the bustling (and broke) college student. Most days all I have time for is the squeeze as well as go breakfast. II would similar to the little ideas as to what would be fast, healthy, as well as filling. A banana as well as the bagel customarily get me by to lunch, though which is removing boring.
FAST, HEALTHY, FILLING BREAKFAST IDEAS PLEASE?

nuts.
Yogurt with fruit is good or make 2 frozen waffles and put peanut butter & jelly between them. Quick & easy and it will you up.
If you can make scrambled eggs, make a batch and put them in individual baggies and refrigerate in the Morning pop into the Micro and your good to go,
If you can cook at all then I have a great one. Scrambled Omelets.
You’ll need a small frying pan, bowl, etc.
Spray your pan with cooking spray but don’t get hot until later. In your bowl scramble a couple of eggs then pour them into the pan. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings. I like to use the crushed red pepper (like you get with pizza). Put in some thin, small slices of cheese-whatever you like (my favorite is pepper jack). Add whatever you like after that such as as slice of lunch meat (pinched up), chips of tomatoes, or whatever you like. Turn the fire up and stir (scramble) until done. Pour out in bowl. Now you can eat it like that or put it on bread or a tortilla. It refrigerates well and can be made the night before, ready to grab on the way out. Enjoy!
Cereal
Oatmeal (different flavors)
Prepare a casserole the night before. Pop it in the microwave when you wake up and it will be ready to go when you are.
Incorporate complex carbohydrates, such as whole wheat toast and bagels. Spread peanut butter and raisins on top of either for added flavor.
Bake bran muffins early in the week, then grab one or two each morning. Or check out a local bakery for healthy varieties.
Make waffles Sunday morning and freeze the leftovers. You can pop ‘em in the toaster for a homemade breakfast. Also, grocery stores sell frozen whole grain selections.
Have you ever tried a tortilla for breakfast? Wrap up cold turkey and cheese, grab an apple and you’re on your way.
Don’t forget cold cereal. We’re not talking about those covered with sugar, but the healthy variety. Items such as Wheaties and Cheerios are always good choices.
Whole-egg or egg white omelets with fresh or frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, celery, peppers, onions and even black beans make great additions).
Make a shake or a smoothie. Blend fruit and yogurt and then drink it in the car. A side option is a small bag of finger foods, such as a mixture of granola and grapes.
