I’ve been creation my own soup:
2 cups low sodium duck broth
1/2 crater of diced tomatoes
1 crater spinach
Mushrooms
Garlic
Onions
2 easily knocked about eggs combined to soup
I loooove soup, so it seems similar to the great approach to remove weight. I’m picky about vegetables, so I do not supplement peppers or celery. Is this the great recipe for losing weight, or should I not supplement the eggs?

if you’re doing this to loose weight then you might want to use eggbeaters egg substitute instead of regular eggs. you also might want to add about half a teaspoon of ground cardamom as this is a natural appetite inhibitor. cardamom is an east indian spice that is also used in teas to calm you.
I’m not seeing the eggs unless you plan on doing a type of egg drop or italian staticella soup. In any case, one beaten egg should do it and would add protein to your diet. You will lose weight, even if you saute the veggies using in a teaspoon or two of olive oil. There are barely any calories in your ingredients..
