Turkey or chicken sandwiches on whole wheat bread. Salads. Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice have lots of varieties of things you could have.
dont eat cheese anything fried, try salads, fish sandwhich and less meat as possible. pourage is good too
or soups
I agree with the first person who answered. But I like lean cuisine better out of the two type of meals. The two best ones ( in my opinion) are lemongrass chicken and the stuffed rigatoni pasta bowl with veggies. They don’t even taste like diet food. You could also do lean pockets. Or look up a few different salad recipes to keep it Interesting. With sandwiches I usually cut one piece of bread in half and make a sanwich out of that, and instead of mayo I spray (onto the lettuce) wishbone spray salad dressings which have 5 cals per spray and add lots of flavor without the fat. You can also make whole wheat pasta with vegetables and light olive oil and garlic… Lunch is a hard one, especially if you have to prepare it quick on a lunch break.
your diet sounds great, much better then the ones where they ship the food to your house. i tried those before.. yuck.
for lunch you could go for raw salmon or tuna, which is packed with healthy nutrients, or a salad consisting of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, sweet corn, and plain chicken breast, drizzled with teriyaki dressing (you can get that at your local supermarket). remember, if your going to eat a salad, never go for dressings like caeser, 1000 island, french, etc.
for breakfast, you might want to toss in some juice or skim milk, and cook your eggs with extra virgin olive oil.
and for dinner, make sure the meat you have is lean beef/chicken/pork. and be careful of the sauces you plan to incorporate in your meals! oh and i don’t think that the meals will be only 100 calories… applesauce alone is 100 calories per serving, and that’s the sugar-free kind. whole wheat bread is about 120 calories per slice, and the salad i mentioned is around 80 calories.
oh and don’t eat bananas! they’re high in calories. stick to citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruit, etc) or apples and acai berries.
good luck!
