Breakfast:
-Drink the smoothie bland with 1 tablespoon of bran buds in it
-Eat the yogurt bland with 1 tablespoon of flax seed in it
-Drink the potion of milk
-Healthy breakfast (oatmeal, etc)
Morning recess:
-Eat the salad with sliced apples in it everyday
-Eat the full of health granola bar
-Eat the sweetened break or (other snacks of your choice)
Afternoon snack:
- 2 tangerines, 5 strawberries, package of grapes, as well as 1 kiwi
Is this good? Or should I supplement some-more for my afternoon snacks?

I wish to begin eating full of health as well as benefit weight also.

First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.

Very healthy, but man, that breakfast is huge! LOL, will you be able to eat all of that!? I’d cut out the smoothie one day, and the other day cut out the oatmeal.

I’m not a health expert but I will say : Good Job! I just think you need to drink more water and maybe take out some of your afternoon fruits and replace with some veggies. (Keep some of the fruits though)
