3 WEEKS WEIGHT LOSS WITH THIS?

my idea is to remove 10lbs in 3 weeks. or 4.
am eating really full of health as well as sportive daily

Monday: thirty mins of using abs
Tuesday: thirty mins of using top body
Wednesday: thirty mins of using reduce body
Thursday: thirty mins of using abs
Friday: thirty mins of using top body
Saturday: thirty mins of using reduce body

Breakfast: High twine with the ripened offspring during 10/ yogurt with fruits
Snack: Fruit during 1
Lunch: Soup during 3/ Salad
Dinner: Something full of health during 6
Snack: Fruit during 8
Pilates/Yoga
Bed during twelve or 11

Under no circumstances:
Mashed potatoes
candy
doughnuts
cakes
sweet rolls
ice cream
potato chips
No prohibited dogs
Sausages
Lunch meats
Hamburgers
Nachos
French fries
Soda
High sugarine cereal
Whole milk
Gravy
Breads
Sour Cream
Mayonnaise
Gourmet Coffee

then am gonna leave here. since i went for summmer. as well as in my residence i still have the threadmill. so id run for 30mins. elliptical for 15, as well as pilates/yoga

Sounds like you are thinking along good lines. Make sure you are getting enough calories otherwise you won’t have enough energy to stick with you work out plan. Eat lots of protein and fiber.

Don’t try to lose more than 2 or 3 pounds a week, or you risk really hurting yourself.
