FRUIT DIET HELP!!!?

I’ve been told which eating 5-9 servings of ripened offspring the day is unequivocally full of health for you. Helps purify out your system, as well as provides vitamins as well as helps we remove weight. I have been told which the little fruits can be bad for you, though alternative sites contend which many fruits have been unequivocally great for you. Can someone discuss it me what the REAL understanding is?? Is ripened offspring bad, or good? Should I eat the lot of fruits as well as veggies bland similar to many sites say? Also, when I eat sure fruits, I get the go through ache for about 10 minutes, though afterwards it goes away. Is this the bad sign??

I do exercise, though I’m similar to 5 pounds over weight for my height, according to many sites. I wish to remove the additional fat, as well as set up the little muscle, as well as get the slim body, only similar to each alternative lady wants. Can any one help?

You shouldn’t eat fruit as your only source of food. That causes stomach problems such as gas or a weird feeling. They mean that you should eat in moderation. Remember you also need to get your intake of other nutrients. Fiber can be found in vegetables, so don’t forget those! I found a good site that has a lot of information on fruit (check my source below).

lol fruits are not bad for you. now if you eat too much of anything its going to mess with you though. berries are great if you have a blender you can make yourself a smoothie and they have lots of fiber so they help keep you full. for breakfast i have 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 strawberries, and 1/2 cup of cranberries and blend them into a smoothie. taste great and its healthy and low in calories.

Fruit is good for you, bad ifyou are trying to stay away from carbs. However, eating enough lean protein with a good mixture of fruit and veggies are okay. Also, You don’t want to eat a whole watermelon, make sure you watch portion sizes.

Um, I would take any information that told you that fruit was bad for you as misinformed and, well, wrong. I know that there are millions of health opinions out there, but dear god, the absolute healthiest foods for our bodies are raw fruits and vegetables! I follow a raw vegan lifestyle, which means that I eat only fruits, vegetables, and nuts and seeds in their most pure uncooked form, and I have never felt better in my life…! There are thousands of people who survive on JUST fruit, as well. We are the only beings on this planet who combine foods together so elaborately and cook them, basically destroying them, and look at our overall health! The more fresh foods we consume, the healthier we become, it is this simple. For instance, why take a Vitamin C pill when you can just eat one orange? And that is so much more fun! Does it make sense to extract the oxygen from the CO2 in the air and just take oxygen pills?

If you are getting an upset stomach after eating certain fruits, it may actually be the other things that you are eating them with, and not the actual fruit that is upsetting you. Can you give an example of when this has happened? See, fruits are so powerful with digestive enzymes and often citric acids that they do not combine well with other foods, as all raw foods take their own specific amount of time to digest and break down once they have been eaten. This goes for vegetables as well. When they are cooked, their enzymes are killed, and thus may be combined any which way and it is still more acceptable to the stomach, but when raw, their enzymes are still in tact and it is difficult to combine them with other foods.

Also, were these fruits tropical? Often, people living in non-tropical climates have innately adapted to things such as apples, root vegetables, and leafy greens, rather than exotic fruits that are juicier and more suitable to a person who is sweating in hot environments…I hope all of this is making sense.

The bottom line is that YES YES YES you need to get fruits and vegetables into your DAILY diet. This could be as simple as raisins or berries or sliced apples or bananas in your oatmeal, or delicious smoothies, salsa, and fresh salads. Once you begin incorporating these nutrient rich foods into you regular routine, you will wonder how you ever got by without them.

As for the weight issue, I’m not even going to address it, because I KNOW that you know how to fix this. Keep exercising, don’t eat fatty foods, and for god’s sake, eat your veggies, woman! . They will help clean your body out daily of built up fat and cholesterol etc. and get you on your way to a healthy and strong body. Use common sense and cut out things like soda and coffee and sugary alcoholic drinks. And ALWAYS REMEMBER to not be a slave to what the average standards dictate what you should be, it matters how YOU feel about the way you look and how much energy you have, not about how many pounds you are overweight according to some chart based on your height. Please, really. Just listen to yourself.
