How do I have the full of health as well as discerning breakfast shake up up during home upon days I do not have time to prepare up the genuine meal? I would similar to to have something which does not tast offensive, is not to sweetened or greasy as well as contains a little protien. Any recipes?
I do not wish the store paid for crap.
Also, is it probable to store the shake up up in the fridge?

Here are two of my favorites:
Breakfast: A handfull of frozen strawberries + 1 frozen banana + 6 or 7 ice cubes + 1/2c vanilla yogurt + 2/3c Vanilla Soy milk + 1/4-1/2c baby oatmeal. The fruit makes it taste great, the milk and yogurt add calcium and protein and the oatmeal helps keep me full longer, plus baby oatmeal is easier to blend, and has lots of added iron.
For a Snack or a treat I like 1 frozen banana + a handful of ice + a scoop of hot chocolate mix + a handful of peanuts and enough milk to make it smooth. It’s a nice treat that tastes a bit like a banana peanut butter cup!
As for your second question, I prefer to store the shake in the freezer, then zap it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and stir. It stays really cold that way, and keeps it’s original texture better. I’m not a huge fan of refrigerated smoothies, but I’m a little picky about food.
