This has been my slight for about half the year. I try to provide my physique well, as good as I stay divided from cakes/cookies/candies as good as stay active. I do feel often healthy, though I’m confused for the couple of reasons:

The diet and fitness program looks ok but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
Also, if you have recently started your period (meaning within the past year) it can be irregular for a time as the body adjusts to the changes going on inside of it. I would recommend checking with your doctor about this as well.
In the mean time I would recommend letting your mom know what’s going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation.
I like the idea of a hearty breakfast, and I like the idea that dinner is at 4:00 PM and that is the last time you eat in the day. Of course, your specific meal items must alternate some, otherwise, you get bored of the diet real quick. Not being hungry at lunch is likely the biggest issue I have with your diet, as it should be a more robust meal to take care of the afternoon surge and lighten up on dinner. You need more fiber in your diet to offset the constipation. Change out the eggs once in awhile with Fiber One or some similar fiber intense cereal. As for the change in period flow, it is hard to say if the diet is a direct link to that, so you likely should check with your doctor and see what s/he thinks about your diet and period fluctuation.
