Does any one have any recipes or know where I can find any for great full of health dessert ideas? They do not have to be utterly sugarless or anything, though the healthier the better.
Please indicate ones which we have attempted before, if we know of any. Thanks!

Peel, seed, and cube the cantaloupe.
Place cantaloupe and 1/2 cup orange juice in a blender or food processor; cover, and process until smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and remaining orange juice. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour. Garnish with mint if desired.

I love grilled fruit, like pineapple, peach halves plums, etc. Them you can serve them along vanilla frozen yogurt or lemon sorbet.
I also love baked apples. This is a healthy recipe…
***Mom’s Baked Apples***
•4 McIntosh apples, pick 4 about the same size
•2/3 cup Grape Nuts brand cereal
•1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (eyeball it)
•1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (eyeball it)
•2 tablespoons brown sugar
•2 tablespoons cold butter, diced by a grown-up helper (GH)
•1/3 cup chopped walnuts (a couple of handfuls)
•2 tablespoons currants (mini raisins)
DIRECTIONS:
1.Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
2.Cut a deep X over the stem on each apple. Use a spoon to scoop half way into each apple, making a cavity and removing the core. Trim the bottoms of the apples if necessary to make sure they sit upright. Place apples in a small baking dish.
3.Mix the cereal with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, butter, nuts and currants. Stuff the apples and bake 30-35 minutes until apples are tender and the filling is brown and bubbly. Yum-o!
Tip: You can make this recipe with tart and tangy Granny Smith apples, too, but bake them for 45-50 minutes because they are much firmer apples to start with.
This recipe tastes awesome too…
***Frozen Melon Bites***
•1 ripe melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew
•1/2-3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam or all fruit spread
•1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, toasted
Note: you will also need toothpicks to prepare this recipe.
DIRECTIONS:
1.Cut the melon in half and scoop out the seeds.
2.Using a melon baller, scoop out round balls from the flesh of the fruit and drop them into a mixing bowl.
3.Once you’ve got the melon all scooped out, put the jam into a small pot and heat it over low heat until it’s melted. (You can also put it into a microwave-safe dish and zap it in the microwave, stirring occasionally, until it has melted.)
4.Stick a ball of melon with a toothpick, roll it in the melted jam to cover it, then roll it in the shredded coconut. Place the coconut-covered melon ball onto a large plate or baking sheet.
5.Repeat with the remaining melon balls. When all the melon balls have been covered in jam and coconut, transfer the plate to the freezer. Let them chill out in there until they’ve firmed up, about 2-3 hours. Once they’re frozen, it’s time to dig in!
