IS THIS A HEALTHY BREAKFAST? AND ANY IDEAS?

…Toasted bagel with Philadelphia Garlic as well as Onion Light widespread upon it as well as surfaced off with slices of smoked salmon, followed by an apple?

I do not eat this everyday, it’s the provide lol! But I do not similar to many cereals, as well as the usually thing I similar to upon toast is Marmite, which gets so boring!

Does any one have any alternative suggestions for breakfasts which have been discerning as well as easy to have though won’t gimlet me to much?!

Thanks.

its average
a bagel is equal to four slices of bread so its quite a heavy meal
its ok to have occasionally but it definately should be classed as a treat

Yeah that sounds pretty good! Not exactly that healthy. Bagels and cream cheese aren’t anyways. But who cares it’s good!

The healthy stuff is kind of gross like oatmeal, peanut butter, yogurt, etc

sounds yum, I quite like a sliced banana, raisons, nuts, wheatgerm (if ya like!) and mixed together with some yogurt, and a drizzle of honey is yum. musli, (dont know how to spell lol) eggs, smoothies, banana on toast (with peanut butter is especially yum) goodluck :)

They do have 100 calorie sour dough wheat muffiins that are much lower in fat. A egg substitute wrap also works with vegetables. I like oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit as well. Low fat cottage cheese and those cute lil packages of fruit that are only about 60 calories. Other than that oat wheat toast and peanut butter.

yum, lol it sounds good

usually i have scrambled eggs and toast, but oatmeal with cinnamon is good too, or mabe you can try a toasted bagel with peanut butter
actually i recently read in a magazine that its even ok to eat dinner leftovers for breakfast, as long as its something healthy and not like fried chicken or something lol
