HOW DO YOU MAKE A REALLY HEALTHY SMOOTHIE?

Does any one have the great recipe for the full of health strawberry banana smoothie? Like embody brands of yogurt we use as well as whatever else, as well as how most to supplement of everything. Thanks!

okk, buy a container of stonyfield plain yogurt, frozen fruit (includes strawberries) or just normal strawberries, bananas, and orange juice. first, fill the container with 3 spoons of yogurt, slice up one banana and put it in, cut up 4-6 strawberries or put in 4-6 frozen strawberries, fill the cup up with orange juice to where the fruit ends at the top, blend until no more fruit remains. ENJOY!

My smoothies consist of…
soft tofu
frozen strawberries
frozen blueberries
frozen mango
one banana
orange juice
pomegranate juice
and 1/2 green apple (peeled)
This usually makes a 26 to 32 ounces smoothie. And it is awesome!
