DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A HEALTHY DAY TODAY?…WILL IT CAUSE ME TO MAINTAIN, LOSE , OR GAIN WEIGHT?

breakfast –
stonyfield yogurt -130 cal
granola club – 120 cal

lunch –
sandwich upon 100% total wheat – veggie burger (100 cal) with grained mustard as well as 1/2 crowd of the swiss shouting cow cheese – fifteen cal
large appe

snack –
carrots with fat giveaway dip
some pineapple

dinner –
same sandwich as lunch
carrots with fat giveaway dip

dessert – would the carrot baked sweat bread cupcake (210) cal harm me? if so, afterwards i’ll have the fudge club – 90 cal

if it counts i’m 5′3, about 110 lbs as well as 18

You are one healthy girl. but try eating some protein too like rice or meat. thats all. Good diet! ;-)
