It is healthier than just soda, because it has calcium/protein (milk) and antioxidants (strawberries), but its still not really healthy.
My fave smoothie- 1 1/2 cups calcium- fortified OJ, 1 banana, 3 ice cubes, frozen strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries to taste.
Tastes sugary- and is- but its all fruit, so still pretty ok.
I usually drink water, calcium-fortified OJ, or green tea. Smoothies occassionally as part of breakfast or for dessert.
Any step eliminating soda is great. I despise carbonation, so I’ve never had a trouble with it, but I know from experience how addicting sugar or artificial sweeteners can be.
It really depends on how often the smoothie is made- once/day? Too much. Once/week? Good.

Nearly anything is healthier than soda. At least with your concoction you are getting vitamins and maybe some fiber. However, the sugar is an empty carbohydrate which adds no value other than making your thighs bigger. Try mixing in more fruit to sweeten it up. Processed sugars and high fructose corn syrup are responsible for the “epidemic” of extra large Americans. The fact is that your drink depending on its size will already have a high carb content from the milk (8 oz = one piece of bread) and the strawberries (8-10 = one piece of bread). Half a meal or more in one drink. Unless you burn these calories by exercising this will make you larger despite being healthier.

Water is best source of hydration.
