Buy the box of the new ‘Just Bunches’ cereal.Add some in a bowl then add some vanilla yogurt. It will taste like the fruit & yogurt parfaits at McDonald’s. (you can add fruit of other stuff)

German Chocolate Cake – cold banana, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, 1 teaspoon Nestle cocoa powder (or mocha instant coffee).

Strawberry Shortcake – strawberries, room temperature banana, peach or strawberry flavored oatmeal packet (literally dump the single packet of fruit flavored oatmeal in the bowl and mix)

Banana Split – Blueberry or Strawberry flavored oatmeal packet, peanuts, cold banana, strawberries, 1 teaspoon Nestle cocoa powder (or mocha instant coffee)

Tropical Peanut Butter Cups – cold banana, 1 Tablesppon of creamy or chunky peanut butter, shredded coconut, dark chocolate morsels

Blueberry Cobbler – blueberry flavored oatmeal packet, cold banana, one small room temperature peach or pear, almonds – can be served warm, too.

Just put the ingredients in a bowl and then smoosh them all together!

Get a few individual containers of your favorite yogurt and put them in the freezer. Great at satisfying a late night sweet tooth.

Make parfaits in pretty glasses by layering sugar free pudding and fruit — top with a sprinkle of Grape Nuts cereal.

Banana Cookies
3 ripe bananas
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
⅓ cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
In large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and vanilla. Mix well, allow to sit for about 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop cookies by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to rack to cool.

Apple Crisp — good with frozen yogurt

2 cups sliced apples
¾ cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 1 quart casserole with non stick spray.

Place apples into casserole dish. Combine orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Pour over apples and toss. Combine graham cracker crumb with melted butter, sprinkle over apples. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 5 – 10 minutes.
