Its summer as well as i felt similar to perplexing out the small dumb ideas so this sunrise i had 2 total wheat low fat nutrigrain eggos with 4 strawberries/fat giveaway reddi whip as well as afterwards i put 0 calorie walden farms syrup upon it. After i had the crater of coffee with the parcel of swiss skip essential candy (25 calories) as well as some-more reddiwhip with cinnamon upon it :) as well as prior to i left to work i grabbed the square of tall protein low carb toast with some-more reddiwhip (50 calories, 5g fiber, 8g protein for 1 slice). Well there is a lot of sodium
otherwise not bad :)
Btw, I think you have underestimated the calories…

You didn’t list your age or height or even your lifestyle when it comes down to how much you exercise.
Someone who doesn’t exercise requires less daily calories then someone who does, so your breakfast as listed could be either quite alot or a good amount.
One thing is, you should light up on the reddiwhip though, that is far from being healthy.

looks tasty but I’d cut back on the reddiwhip. If I’m on a diet I usually grab 2 bananas, a cup of coffee and 1 slice of toast then run out the door before my stomach sees something else it wants.
The bananas keep me going til mid day

way under estimated the calories with the treets, and also , the syrup has artificial flavors which encourage your body to store fat, and to much salt,

I think it was good. You ate sensibly, kept track, and satisfied your sweet tooth for the day. It’s always good to experiment with new things. The same thing everyday can get boring.

By the way, the gummy vitamin made my morning lol. :)

Kudos on using summer to try new things! I hope you feel much healthier by the fall!

As others have mentioned, very high sodium levels. Other than that, your breakfast has very healthy levels of everything else that really matter for weight loss (carbs, calories, fat, etc). However, I wouldn’t say it was “healthy” outside of those levels. Nutritionally, it was very unbalanced. You should get more protein and vitamins. Chemically, it sounds like a nightmare. Low-calorie/zero-calorie sweeteners are horrible for you, and even that gummy vitamin has nasty stuff in it (splenda, if you have the same kind I’ve seen in my grocery store). Psychologically, it’s also not a very healthy breakfast. You ate a bit too much, regardless of calories, which is a problem for sustained healthy eating… Why grab toast on the way out the door? Why add flavouring to your coffee? Healthy lifestyles require lifestyle changes. You would be better off eating twice as many calories of high protein foods plus fruits and veggies – no bread, no artificial sweets. If you need carbs in the morning (I do!) go for oats and fruits.
