Wow, that is a lot to eat!
It depends, are you on a diet? If so, no that wasn’t very good. If you are athletic and need that for exercise then yes, it was fine.

P.S: Why choose the vegetarian section to post this in?

I don’t find it very healthy at all that is a lot of meat for each meal.

You were doing good until you had that loaded potatoe and the cheese broccoli.

Butter, sour cream and bacon are loaded with saturated fats and calories, totally bad for you, and the cheese sauces has tons of calories and fat as well.

White potatoes are also nothing but carbs and should be avoided if possible.

Try switching to sweet potatoes and you will not have to put anything on it, they are sweet enough on their own.

Try blanching your broccoli and cooking until just tender, with a little crunch left. You will find that it too tastes great enough to not need anything on it.

The jello should be either sugar free or low fat – they have those varieties of Jello in the stores – I cannot eat anything with processed or refined sugar because I get violently ill – I eat sugar free Jello all the time, and it satisfies my sweet tooth.
