Yes! Those are all great foods for a healthy diet! But honestly, everything is ok in moderation. Everything, even a slice of Aunt Bertha’s Chewy Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake, is ok as long as it is eaten in moderation. Just be sure to eat foods from all the food groups and you will have a healthy, balanced diet.
