for breakfast Monday thru Friday I eat my 3-5 servings of ripened offspring any accumulation similar to the ripened offspring salad, may be supplement the little cereal with fruit, or yogurt with granola for lunch my 3 servings of veggies usually any accumulation with peanut butter or plantation as the cook salad as well as may be supplement the sandwich as well as for cooking supplement my beef snack 2 veggie sides as well as the pasta side as well as I splash my 8 eyeglasses of H2O the day upon the weekends I eat the homemade breakfast upon sunday usually afterwards often eat out- is this full of health enough? and I have snacks during the day should I take vitamin supplements?
IS THIS A GOOD HEALTHY DIET?

Sounds good to me, combined with a little exercise it seems as if you’ve got a perfect diet, and well done for taking a break on sundays, it’s important to treat yourself otherwise you lose all motivation.
