Ive been the vegetarian for years though I customarily finish up eating carbs (and loads of them) when the family is eating meat. What have been a little full of health dish options for me? I additionally have no apportionment control, so how most should I eat?

Ask your family to take you to the grocery store. Buy some organic fruit to have for breakfast, along with a few cans of black beans. Black beans give you the protein without the blood on your hands. Plus, canned beans are easy to cook. Pour a can of beans into a pot, add garlic powder and seasoning salt, cook at medium for 15 minutes.
While your family is cooking a slab of devil’s protein. You can smile while cooking a pot of healthy, blood-on-your-hands-free, angels protein for you to enjoy. After a satisfying plate of beans, you won’t miss flesh one bit.
Eat plenty of leafy veggies in addition. You can also cook some broccoli at dinner time for the whole family. Add earth balance butter, sea salt, and pepper while cooking. Make sure it is slightly tender but still bright green in color, broccoli cooked to the point where it’s sort of yellowish in color has only retained about 10-20% of the nutrients it had originally.
Eat as much salad (leafy greens) as you want. They have a lot of bulk and help fill you up, plus they take awhile to eat. Just don’t cover them with ranch or bleu cheese.
Try switching to whole grains and slowing down a bit when you eat.
Eat broth-based soups as well.
Be sure you’re getting some protein as well. I happen to adore beans, and they can go in soup, salad, on pasta… you name it.
Your best bet for portion control is to stop eating when you are no longer hungry, but here’s a website about portion sizes: http://hp2010.nhlbihin.net/portion/
Ugh. I have the same problem. I usually end up eating a bag of pre-washed salad with a bit of pepper oil and vinegar dressing. Eat as much veggies and fruits as you want, and eat it before the main course.
There are plenty of delicious foods for the vegetarian diet.
