WHAT ARE SOME GOOD, HIGH ENERGY, HEALTHY FOODS?

I know this is starting to receptive to advice bizarre though I only do not similar to eating as many anymore. So, we know, the flattering painless for me to not eat for many of the day, though then, if I go to work or float my bike I’m only passed sleepy flattering shortly afterwards. So I’m seeking for a little tall energy, full of health dishes I could eat. I’m perplexing to eat healthier in general, though I additionally do not wish to benefit any weight. Anyway if we have a little suggestions which would be great. Thank we really much.

It’s important to eat throughout the day…don’t skip any meals! You’ll only do damage to your body and mind.

Try eating fruit salads with a piece of brown toast and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. Try chopped veggies with some parm cheese and leans meat like turkey, fat free ham or shrimp with soy nuts and lite salad dressing. Eat more low fat dairy like cottage cheese with blueberries or yogurt with muesli. incorporate “good fats” such as avocado and almonds. Eat lean cuts of meat such as chicken or pork with brown rice (if you don’t care for brown rice try adding chopped mango and cilantro to jazz it up) Lean proteins and whole grains will a) make you full so you eat less b)give you a constant source of energy supply to help you get through your workouts.

Drink water – just like on the lulu lemon bags: look at a wilting plant. give it some water and watch what happens. it’s the same thing with humans. Water keeps you energized and alert
