fast food and healthy in same sentence is an oxymoron.

Unless, I guess, if the sentence was:

You will never find healthy food in a fast food restaurant.

You won’t. You will find food that the restaurant is trying to PORTRAY as healthy. But not actual healthy food. Listen, eating healthy cost money. Fast food places are not gonna have costly food because their clientelle does not usually have too much money, and therefore it would not be a good economic choice for their business. Sorry.
The “healthiest” fast food restaurant I can name is In-N-Out, only because they use sirloin in their burgers, they cook with vegetable oil, and they make their fries fresh. But they do not have a fish sandwich.

fish goes bad fast. good fish cost money. you do the math.

sorry charlie.

Usually the fish filet is fried and that’s what makes it so unhealthy. Go for a grilled fish taco instead.

Wendy’s claims to. But unless you live in a coastal area and go to a local place where you can get your fish poached or grilled, you’re going to get the same processed, partially reconstructed battered, breaded and deep fried cod? that you do at any of the fast food places.
