Hey, i was only wondering what the most appropriate approach to eat full of health is when we have the residence full of cake, brownies, high-calorie foods, licorice,candy,etc.
Ya my relatives buy the little most crappy foods, they absolutly do not eat healthy, the sick….i do go to the gym though, as well as the thing called yogilates 3 times the week
WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO EAT HEALTHY WHEN YOU LIVE IN A HOUSE THAT IS FULL OF UNHEALTHY FOODS?

Get rid of the unhealthy food, never bring in your house, again. Stock up on Yogurt, Fat Free milk, Oatmeal, Fruits and Veggies, Turkey, Brown Rice. Baked not fried foods. Popcorn, Nuts. Good luck. Try this it works.
fast drinking only green tea or any other great tea. put natural honey in it.
fasting is amazing for you. seeeriously google it.
you will see all of its benefits. much better than and “diet”
if you are in school, join sports or something, ask your family to get you healthy food even if they are not eating it. Water is always available and essential for health, so drink lots of water, avoid carbonated drinks
Well there are two ways…1) educate yourself about calories and content of that bad food, the more you know the less you will really eat. 2) go and buy healthy food, with all that bad food in the house I doubt the people who eat it will want your food. I have one roommate and don’t allow bad food in the house and if it does, they have to keep it in there room. I don’t buy it and try hard not to eat it if its in fromt of me, my knowledge of what’s in it and how much it would take to burn off , keeps me away 90% of the time….I am human afterall.

Are you living at my sisters house? Its very hard. Beg whoever buys the groceries not to buy unhealthy food and tell them that you want to eat right.
throw them to the trash and go grocery shopping for all them veggies and fruits. The best protein when you are in a diet is grilled or steamed fish and chicken, peanut butter is also good when snacking, but remember all in moderation and workout. I find it hard too, my parents buy to much greasy food and lot of junkfood and sodas. i try to only eat at my hour, which is every 3 hours a meal then a snack and again a meal, in total i eat 5 times a day and drin plenty of water. Ignore it completely not even a taste or you gonna end up wanting more. This is my life junkfood and fastfood free. i lost almost 30 pounds and im currently weighting 134 pounds, i also lift weight and do lot of strenth training. ^_^
go out and buy it or put on a parents list
you should talk to your parents and ask them to buy more heathy foods
What you need to do is go to the store and buy yourself some fruits and vegetables. By doing that you can always make sure that you always have something healthy on hand to eat.
A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) …and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn’t seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

Um go buy yourself apples and stuff. Buy your own groceries and if can cook for yourself
I would say just have enough will power to say no to that kind of food. Maybe you could make your own meals for yourself, instea dofletting your family make them for you, so taht you can eat the way you enjoy eating. Hope this helps! Goodluck!
Maybe you are old enough and have a job to where you can buy your own healthy foods. Or perhaps you can go with your mom to the grocery store and insist on healthy foods for you to snack on. Best of luck
Did you try talking to your parents about it?
If they buy your food talk to them about buying you some healthy foods such as fruits, vegtables, yogurt, etc.
Or try buying some of your own food make sure they are things you really like so that you are not tempted to eat the junk food.
Eating healthy is a hard task to acheive when you are surrounded by unhealthy stuff to tempt you. I would say you should get rid of all of it but I know that is not as easy as it sounds. I have found a way to limit my intake of unhealthy foods by using a program. I have managed to lose 15 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 weeks and I have never felt better or healthier than I do right now. I am not hungy and I am not craving all of the crappy stuff that lives in my pantry.
