WHAT IS A GOOD IDEA FOR HEALTHY DINNER CONSIDERING WHAT I HAD FOR LUNCH?

For lunch I had
a total wheat tortilla hang (90 cal, 3 gram fat), cube light tuna in it (60 cal), as well as fat giveaway shredded cheese the small (30 cal)
and I had the portion of kashi crackers (130 cal, 3 gram fat)
2 tsp of roasted red hummus (40)
and the uninformed ripened offspring play of the single pear, the little blueberries as well as grapes.
one healthy organic cookie (70 cal)
so in all, about 600 calories.

i additionally had the granola club after upon of 90 cal.

so lets contend 700 calories for today. the 1 pm now.
at about 2 pm i am starting to run 2-3 miles, pilates, crunches.

and afterwards during 5 pm im giong to eat dinner.
what should i have? i dont wish pasta, salad, or sandwich.

and i dont unequivocally wish an additional tortilla hang thing.
so would the kashi pizza be good? i could have 1/3 of it that would be 290 calories, as well as the banana with the little steamed veggies upon the side?

I dont unequivocally feel similar to veggies though, hahah.
any ideas please? around 400-500 calories?!

um, i think the lunch was better because you got more protiens out of it.
