maybe you should stop excercizing for 3 or 4 weeks. hope i helped.
I am in the same situation I have tried every thing I was told breads and lots of noodles.
I too was a bit on the “skinny team” if that’s what you want to call it, i felt the same way too. i wanted desperatly to gain some weight. I found the key to gaining weight is to be happy!! and healthy. no food,supplement,surgery can do this for you.All of a sudden i gained in all the wrong places but i do exercise to keep it toned. you have to be comfortable w/ YOU first then all of a sudden youll see some major changes whether it be gaining or simply staying the same. your body type may not allow you to gain a lot of weight, if perhaps your trying to gain in certain areas guess what? it wont happen!! plain and simple. Trust me when you eat the carbs, sweets or intake more than usual youll definatly see a gain, (in your belly lolol) or your thighs, or maybe in areas you never wanted. I say eat as much as you want and continue to exercise to tone it up, dont forget the butt crunches to keep it right and tight for a bootylicous figure. Dont stress yourself it’s all in your diet and how you treat your body, dieting in my opinion is overated anyway, im w/ Queen Latifah, when she said she lost weight to get to a size “healthy”, not skinny! just as long as youre healthy it shouldnt matter, work w/ what you have trust me somebody else is out there wanting your exact frame….
