something which doesnt need uncanny or costly mixture or large prep time (ie, no Martha Stewart stuff)
it additionally needs to be full of health dinners. preferably something which shows nutritive report during the bottom of the recipe.
slow cooker things is good, as is Italian, Mexican, as well as solid Amercian (ie, chicken/ steak/ fish with the potato side as well as the vegetable)
i’m not great around the kitchen so i meant EASY to have recipes.

There is a series out there, th eonluy one I can remember the name of is “A Man, a Can, and a Microwave”… find it in the bookstore and there should be similar books….. also.Rachael Ray recipes are relatively simple.
I don’t know of a cook book, but there is a magazine called taste of home light and tasty. That is really good.
food network online has some of the best healthy cookbooks !!
