WHY DO WE EAT CERTAIN TYPES OF FOODS FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER?

We eat “breakfast dishes for breakfast, lunch food cooking food” for lunch, as well as dinner. Why? Hamburgers have been healthy, because do not they eat for breakfast?
