It’s not bad but it could be better. If you’re going to be vegetarian you should read up on vegetarianism or talk to a nutritionist about getting enough protein.
Personally I believe vegetarianism is one of the unhealthiest diets from everything I’ve seen. You should consider adding eggs to your diet at least.

I really think you need to get more protein, but other than that its pretty healthy. You can get protein from eating legumes – try some bean salads or bean chili. Grab a vegetarian cookbook and start experimenting!
