Your doing great! Also each blood type rhrives on different foods…look up the blood type foods for ur type…it really helps. Tomatoes aren’t really good for anyone..but great job on the banana with pb…bananas are the best way for our bodies to recuperate after a workout. Keep up the good work!
You are very active. You can add a couple healthy snacks into your day between meals. Some suggestions: A cup of oatmeal, An apple, non-fat cottage cheese, carrot sticks, celery sticks, a few healthy crackers with tuna
