I WANT TO START EATING HEALTHIER. WHAT SHOULD I EAT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER THAT IS HEALTHY FOR ME?

I wish to begin eating healthier, though what should I eat for breakfast, lunch, as well as cooking which is full of health for me? Should I practice too?

breakfast:egg,bread,milk
lunch:vegetable,a little meat
dinner:some rice or some noodle

You should start eating breakfast everyday if you are to jump start your metabolism, agood hearty breakfast should do the trick. You do not have to skimp around breakfast either, remember your body will consume most of what you eat for breakfast as fuel, so while skim milk and wheaties might be a healthy solution, depending on your body makeup and any ailments, your breakfast should include a little bit of everything, with moderation. Do not skip breakfast, if there is any meal you can skip it is lunch. Breakfast with a few healthy snacks at 2 hour intervals, should get you to dinner.
