Anything with omega-3 fatty acids are great for your brain:

2. acai and blueberries: antioxidants help eradicate free radicals in your system
3. Coffee is linked to decreases in Alzheimers and dementia
4. Green tea
5. anything with B-vitamins

Fish, fish and more fish. Why are fish so smart? Cause they swim in schools.
Loaded with omega 3. Salmon on the top of that list.
