Anything with omega-3 fatty acids are great for your brain:
1. Salmon (especially wild salmon)
2. acai and blueberries: antioxidants help eradicate free radicals in your system
3. Coffee is linked to decreases in Alzheimers and dementia
4. Green tea
5. anything with B-vitamins
ive heard from my physics teacher, nuts is the total brain food. preferably almonds and walnuts, they have great source of healthy fats.
