CAN I LIVE HEALTHY BY JUST EATING MEAT AND FRUITS ,BUT NO VEGETABLES AT ALL?

i adore fruits though i can’t mount vegetables during all,all i eat is each animal which is meant to be eaten as well as fruits though no vegetables during all.

Sure why not. Just take some vitamins to make up for it and try to eat lean meats.

Its best to eat a variety of foods.
If you ONLY eat fruit and meats, then your body will end up in bad condition. You need to be eating fruits, veggis, milks,grains, and proteins. Your body needs all these to help you maintain a healthy life-style.
If there are only a few veggis you like (Potatoes, or corn or celery) try to mix those into you diet. It doesn’t have to be an everyday thing, just try to put all the food groups into your body.

-why don’t you try meals with vegetables, there are many and very delicious variety

I don’t think it would be healthy to totally exclude any food group purposely. They all have their benefits and you are looking to get rid of vegetables? They are an excellent source of iron, fiber and antioxidants without all the sugar that fruits have. I like fruits but it there was something that I would look to eat less it would be fruits. Your diet sounds inbalanced to begin with. By eating “every animal that is meant to be eaten” are you keeping track of your fat intake and staurated fat intake? My advice…learn to like veggies.

It’s best to eat a variety of foods, including vegetables, and there’s no question that they’re beneficial for your health. But I’m 25 years old and share the same opinion you do. I’ve never liked vegetables and it worries me. I went and had a complete physical, including drawing blood to check my levels of every imaginable chemical, vitamin and nutrient value, and so far so good. Talk to your doctor, have a complete physical work-up, and see what you find.

that’s what i did when i was young…only meat and fruits…i was extremely picky with my veges and would only eat a selected 5 kinds of vege. Within 10 yrs, I ended up with aches in my leg, constipation, acne outbreaks on my face and back, serious sinus and eczema on my hands and feet.

If not, you would need vegetable or algae supplements. Vitamin pills aren’t sufficient and they are usually synthetic in nature.

you really need vegis but you can take a multi vitamin to suppliment what you’re not getting. And V8 makes a drink loaded with vitamins and taste like fruits.
