Im aiming for 1500 full of health calories the day…how most calories should I bake thru excercise to lax 2 pounds the week?

(Im 16, 5′4 , 125 pounds)

my doc agrees which I need to lax 10-15 pounds for my bone structure..so greatfully do not discuss it me I dont need to lax wieght. thankyou
