WHAT FOODS WILL GIVE YOU THE SAME HEALTHY FATS AS NUTS?

I hatred nuts, all of them though know they have been the good full of health snack. Are there alternative dishes with full of health fats befitting for the snack? I know salmon does, though it’s not unequivocally the snack…

Hey I am happy to have the chance to answer this because I’m allergic to nuts, and so I’ve found a great snack substitute: seeds!! Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds especially – they have a great taste and have fiber and good monounsaturated fat! Also, avocados are a great source!

Another great source is olive oil – drizzle some on your veggies or chicken – tastes great! good luck!

Seeds, peanut butter (don’t know if you like that), olive oil, avocado, flaxseed oil, oily fish.
