Yes this sounds like a great start to a good healthy eating plan. You are including, vegetables, meat, dairy, grains, etc. All the necessary things we need daily to maintain a healthy diet. Just make sure you drink water everyday, try 8 glasses atleast or even 2 litres which is the same as 8 glasses. An average human needs 1,200 calories a day I am sure. But your meal plan sounds good. You should lose weight. It’s good that you are exersing, keep it up!
ah puffins i used to eat those alot now i have kashi go lean i highly recommend it it’s packed with protein which u want at breakfast and not a ton of carbs but it’s okay

just make sure u get some protein in every meal id aim for 20g per meal u have but that’s sounds very good!
