DOES THIS SOUND GOOD FOR MY SUMMER BECOMING HEALTHY PLAN?

My Summer work out Plan
I’m fourteen by the way.
In the morning
Go using for thirty min 4 times the week.
go biking for thirty min 2 times the week
Do Dance exersizes 2 times the week
do 45 crunches any day 5 times the week
Lift 10 bruise dumbbells thirty times any arm 4 times the week
Do 10 correct pull ups bland 6 times the week
Run up as well as down the moody of steps twelve times 2 times the week.

Eating Plan.
BREAKFAST (All with Glasses of Milk)
Oatmeal, flaxseed, blueberries & almonds
Kashi go gaunt Crunch with soy milk.
Fresh berries, yogurt, granola.
half the Grapefruit with whole-wheat toast & almond butter
1 crater Fresh ripened offspring salad, total pellet toast
Cottage cheese as well as fruit.
Hard fully cooked Eggs with Spinach as well as Roma Tomatoes

LUNCHES (all with 100 percent ripened offspring Juice)
Rye Bread with Sub salsa as well as spinach as well as smoked salmon.

Pita pressed with salsa, cheese as well as spinach.

Spinach Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli as well as the low fat vinager dressing.

Wasa Hard rye Bread with tomatoes as well as spinach leaves with thickk cream cheese.

it all depends what you are trying to get in shape for because what is on your list will get you in great shape but you could be over doing it if you are not already in pretty good shape
