Milk, eggs, fruits, and juice are great for you! The key is to have them in the right proportions.
Try and eat around 1400 – 1600 calories a day. Also try and eat 5 – 6, 100 – 200 calorie meals a day and make up those calories with fruits, veggies, and proteins!
