I wish to turn a single of those, though idk what I would be called. I’m perplexing to equivocate all meat.. though I adore beef as well as seafood.
And I will not ever give up dairy products. Which a single is most appropriate for me?

Vegan-no animals what so ever.Any shape or form.
Food,clothes,etc…
If you still want dairy you’d be considered a vegetarian
You’re a vegetarian.. :]
Vegans avoid anything from animals, even milk and all other dairy products..
Good luck.!
If your not willing to give up seafood you should become a pescetarian. It’s like a vegetarian, but you eat seafood. Pescetarians aren’t vegetarians, though.
I don’t think there’s a specific diet where you can eat steak and seafood. Sorry.
Well the others are:
Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarian-A diet that does not include meat(chicken, fish, beef, pork, gelatin, animal broth, ect.), but can eat dairy(lacto) and eggs(ovo).
Vegan-A lifestyle that does not include meat, dairy, eggs, fur, leather, silk, ect.
There are also more complex one’s but I don’t want to list them all. Those two are the most common.
Oh, and here’s a website for some good Vegetarian recipes:

You don’t have to give up dairy products, but if you give up meat, don’t rely on dairy too heavily to fill the gaps. It can get unhealthy, since dairy is still a source of saturated fat. Aim to have dairy once or twice a day at most.
There are many good vegetarian substitutes for meat. They might take a while to get used to, but most people like them a lot. I especially recommend Gardenburger riblets. Yum! There’s even veggie shrimp and fish, or you could make your own “fish sticks” with tofu, breaded with bread crumbs and some kelp or Old Bay. It tastes fishy that way.
If you don’t give up seafood entirely, you’re a pescetarian. Please don’t call yourself a vegetarian if you still eat any meat! Pescetarianism, however, can be a healthy diet choice. I’d recommend you research the seafood you eat though, because a lot of it is overfished. That said, it also depends on why you are doing this. Animal rights? Environment? Health? If it’s for animals or environment, giving up ALL meat probably makes the most sense. If it’s for health, you can stick with just eating fish and giving up red meat and poultry.
Non vegetarians eat flesh of animals birds, or fish after sacrifice. They allow animal sacrifice for life style also .
Vegetarians do not allow a bird , animal or fish to be sacrificed for food. Eggs, milk and milk products are allowed.
Vegans do not depend upon animals, birds or fish for anything. No gelatin jelly , no fur coats, no silk etc . In short they need therapy
