okay i am using 2.5 miles, 200 crunches, 40 leg lifts.
then whatever (study for ACT, review for school)
and afterwards i have the 4 hr use outside.
so sick get flattering decent exercise, as well as i need to get 1200 calories. full of health stuff, yet widespread out as well as stuffing sufficient to keep me confident as well as full of appetite all day long. use is 5-9pm so i cant eat the normal time cooking or after it.
okay this is my thought (please indicate help/improvements!)
-11am 2 duck tacos done with grilled chicken, dual 70 calorie total wheat tortilla shells, small fat giveaway shredded cheese, small fat giveaway green cream
-1/2 crater of brownish-red rice
-100 calorie cookie pack
so which would get me to about 600 calories.
then 2 pm-fresh ripened offspring salad done with blueberries, watermelon, grapes as well as the 90 calorie granola bar.
then 3:30pm i dont know what to have…maybe the little cereal as well as slick milk? as well as the banana? this has to keep me full until the subsequent day though. i dont wish to eat after 9pm use since i have comparison cinema saturday.
