DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A HEALTHY DINNER? HELP PLEASE!!?

crab cakes with garlic rice as well as veggies (green beens, peas, cauliflower, broccoli)

so distant currently i had:
breafast- greek yogurt with the little special k in it as well as the little fruit
lunch- 1/2 the flatbread hang with 1 cut of turkey as well as 1 square of iceburg lettuce, the little grapes as well as blueberries as well as the calcium chocolate tablet
snack- 1 apple with 1 list ladle of organic peanut butter

and afterwards the crab cakes for dinner

with twenty mins of strength/cardio interlude training, twenty mins of pilates or yoga, as well as afterwards 90 mins of ballet as well as 60 mins of tap

is which good?
the cooking is the many important!!!!!!

that sounds great, protein and veggies, its a great dinner… one point though, breakfast is more important, its the most important meal of the day :)
