WHAT IS A HEALTHY BREAKFAST BESIDES FRESH FRUIT, YOGURT AND HIGH FIBER CEREAL?

McDonald’s breakfast, donuts, ham/egg/cheese/bacon, pancakes with butter/syrup, boiled hash-browns, coffee…How can anybody cruise all these breakfast?

Ham/egg/cheese/bacon can essentially be cooking as well as pancakes with syrup/donuts can essentially be desserts. What is the full of health breakfast?
People appear to be brainwashed meditative these have been to be eaten usually in the morning. These dishes have been not full of health foods.

I always have oatmeal and a banana for breakfast (:

or a grapefruit, or hot cereal, and once in a while a scrambled egg :)

OMG… and then there are the “Hungry Jack” breakfasts. 3000 calories, 500% cholesterol, 3500mg of sodium, etc. SHould be illegal.

Lots of foods for the AM. Egg white omelet with veggies for starters. You can go nuts with the number of whites you use. Mix one whole egg, and the rest whites, and that’s a meal and a half. Oatmeal… one of my favs.

btw: Donuts are actually BETTER then most bagels from a calorie/fat perspective. (I know..i didn’t buy that either, but it’s true). Neither are a good choice.

I would say eating egg whites with some whole wheat toast or cereal or yogurt with nuts and berries or oatmeal with nuts and berries. It doesn’t really matter what you eat for breakfast just as long as you eat breakfast, but I do agree with you those foods are so not healthy.
