You don’t weigh that much in the first place, so you won’t probably lose way too much. I can approximate about 20 or so pounds, maybe a bit less. It’s a lot harder to lose weight if you don’t have the mass to lose it from.

if you stick to it, you could most likely be down to 93. but because of your height, you sound pretty thin as it is. don’t overwork yourself:)

You are 5′3 and you weigh 110!!!! I’m 5′2 and weigh 117 and that’s normal, YOU DON’T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!

Well you see:

if you times 1 by 30.

1 x 30

then plus the vegetables

1 x 30 + vegies

then divide it by what you weigh

1 x 30 + vegetables / 5′3

then times the exercise

10.4(1 x 30 + vegetables / 5′3)

you should weigh about 4 kilos if my calculations are correct
so 4 kilos is pretty good ay, hardly there!

It depends on the intensity with which you play basketball. But yes you have the potential to lose weight.

Ugh. Quit worrying about weight. Quit worrying about physical shape goals. If you focus on them, your fear of not realizing them will cause you to swell up like a balloon.

Here’s the answer. Figure out what foods are right for your body type. (Figure out your blood type and look up the foods best suited to that. Stick to that and you’ll be eating things you love and it will be very hard to gain weight. Eating wrong for your blood type results in wildly inefficient metabolic processes.)

Second; be active because it’s FUN and it makes you feel good, not because you want to lose weight.

Bikes are great. Get one and use it to go places instead of driving. If you do that, then you’ll naturally be very healthy. Easy.

Your body will glow with beauty if you do this stuff for the right reasons and stop worrying about your looks so much.

It’s quite ‘Zen’ that way. If you are greedy for beauty, you’ll not get it, or if you do, it won’t make you happy.

Anytime you want to lose weight, the best way to do it, is safely. That means, you don’t want to starve yourself or exercise yourself to death. What you need is to have balance. Portion control is key. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, break it down to 6 small meals a day. You turn your metabolism on when you eat. Therefore if you are eating something every 4 hours instead of every 6-8 hours, it causes your metabolism to be on constantly and that burns calories. You want to increase your water intake. You may even want to drink a cup of water before eating. That in itself may fill your belly up some and cause you to eat less. Cut back on soda/soft drinks. Avoid fast food restaurants if possible. Increase your vegetable and fruit intake. If you eat meat, avoid fried or fatty. Instead, stick with your leaner meats, ie…chicken, turkey, and fish baked or broiled. Yes, of course, excercise is good for your mind and your body. However, just like food, it should be done in moderation. Exercise should also be balanced. Switch up your exercises – strength training as well as cardio is the best combination. Jog, swim, weight lift, run, walk, play basketball, roller skate, jump rope etc…You don’t want to do the exact same thing every single day for the exact same amount of time. Your body becomes accustomed to that work-out and it will no longer be as effective as when you first started the work-out. Therefore, instead of playing basketball everyday (which is good cardio) you may also want to do a little strength training with hand weights or use a treadmill. Whatever you do just remember to vary your work-outs. Do cardio work-outs on Mon-Wed-Fri and do strength training on Tues-Thur-Sat and then rest on Sun. A 5-minute warm-up is important before you start any type of exercise regime to loosen the muscles and prevent injuries. You may even want to keep a daily eating log and a daily exercise log. I hope some of this helps.
