as long as that’s not some sort of diet you are on, it sounds fine. you could definitely gain some weight, though. in little ways like for example, instead of 2 crackers with peanut butter make it 3. or eating a granola/protein bar with your midmorning coffee. and adding another piece of cheese to the sandwich at lunch. relax, though, unless you have some sort of medical condition, you are way too young to be monitoring your food like that.
Yes
you are so skinny!don’t lose weight!this diet is ideal for someone who wants to lose weight.you don’t have to!
well, you need to gain weight. your not at a healthy weight for your height. So, I would add more dairy. IT will help provent osteo perosis when you get older and it has quite a bit of calories.
That is a healthy diet but I hope you are not planning on losing weight because if you are 5′3 and 97 pounds you are underweight.
You’re never too young to be monitoring your diet. Many chronic diseases begin in childhood. I would reccomend increaseing your fruit and vegetable intake to 6-9 servings per day and limiting the dairy and meat in your diet . Green leafy veggies are best and are very high in nutrients. I wouldn’t worry about your weight so much as long as your getting the nutrients you need . Being your weight at 17 is better than being overweight or obese like so many people are these days. Your diet is one of the few things you have complete control over. Educating yourself on nutrition and committing yourself to a healthy diet is the most valuable contribution you can make to your health both physically and emotionally. There are many excellent books explaining the benefits of healthy eating. Avoid the ones that are sponsored by the dairy association or the cattlemans association or meatpackers. They only want to sell their products.
