GNC has many flavors to try. All protein drinks offer different things. So focus on building muscle when looking. Also the people at GNC are usually experienced and can recommend.

an easy solution is maybe two slimfast optimas,, if you are using them as a suppliment you will not lose weight. one drink has 220 calories so two would have 440

Ideal Meal will give you 40 grams of whey protein and the flavors are to die for. Try the Orange Creamsicle.

Take a glass of milk, 12-16 ounces of your favorite yogurt, add one banana(and/or other fruits and/or veggies, one tablespoon protein powder, put it all into a blender, and hit “Blend”. Don’t forget to eat some toast and some meat.

we buy soy protein powder in bulk from a local grocery store (it’s much cheaper than the health food stores; usually about $4 a pound)- then I just throw some things in a blender
fresh or frozen fruit – 1 or 2 cups, a cup of milk or soy milk, a cup of fruit juice and 2 or 3 tbspns of soy protein powder- the variations are as unlimited as your imagination’ you can use jam or jelly for flavoring, fresh bananas, – we even freeze bananas that have gotten overripe to use in protein drinks -you can adjust the milk/ juice portions to your own taste; the best thing is that you can turn a healthy drink into a tasty one too!

good luck!
