To be honest I never use a recipe but If I don’t have fresh fruit I always have frozen…. I put it in the blender and use vanilla soy milk until it reaches my desired consistancy! So yummy! Funny thing is I cant stand drinking the soy milk, but added with the fruit I can’t tell!!
This sounds like a weird smoothie, but it is the BEST smoothie my family and I have EVER had! And it’s really simple: low calorie, low fat, and with lots of nutrients.
1/2 Advocado
1 Cup frozen Raspberries
3 Tablespoons fresh or bottled Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Sugar (optional! I like to add splenda)
Blend in a blender, stir, and enjoy. YUM!
