Manufacturers usually put the ingredients from most to least. By the way, casein can be used to glue furniture, so it’s not really health-promoting. Try to cut down on the cheese, it’ll be good for you.

The reason for avoiding dairy products makes a difference to whether these products are suitable for you. If you are lactose intolerant, the rice shreds would most likely be ok, but if you are casein intolerant, both are definitely a nono.

On the other hand, if you are avoiding dairy for ethical reasons (eg. vegan, very strict Hindu, etc) then neither would be any good.

They sound ideal for gluten intolerants/celiacs though. What are they for and where do you get them?

As an aside – by Galaxy Nutritional Food Company… What other sort of food is there?
