Weightwise, there isn’t much difference.
Healthywise, there are way more nutrients in healthy foods that help your body. Ex iron, protein, etc.
calories are not the only things that count. By eating unhealthy food, you are eating sugar, calories, fat, and other things that are hard for you body to digest, rather than eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits, with which you get starches, which help you feel fuller longer, and other health benefits, depending on which foods you eat. In conclusion, It’s actually better to eat 1000 calories from healthy foods than 500 calories of unhealthy food!!
Eating 500 calories of fatty food will probably make you feel tired and have no energy and will probably make you gain weight pretty fast and 500 calories of healthy food will give you energy , vitamins for your body which would benefit your hair, nails, eyes, skin, internal organs, bones and heart. With fatty food you will gain weight, have possible high blood pressure, high cholesterol, possibly diabetes and much more. You would need to exercise no matter what kind of calories you consumed.
With the 500 calories of fatty food you are storing up more of a chance of a future heart attack or stroke than you are if you eat 500 calories of healthy food…that’s because the fat gets into your bloodstream and sticks to your artery walls which interferes with the flow of blood throughout your body…
A piece of cake may provide 500 cal but it’s only a snack that
doesn’t keep hunger bangs away for long, besides being unhealthy for it load up our system with fats. While 500 cals of healthy food,is more filling and nutritious for it provides us with protiens vitamines minerals fibers and energy that lasts longer.
