MAKE ME LIKE EGGS! AND TELL ME SOME HEALTHY FOODS! (:?

I was forced to devour scrambled eggs as the kid as well as right away clearly detest the food altogether. I need to devour some-more protein, so greatfully discuss it me a little cheap, healthy, as well as tantalizing things to put in to scrambled eggs. =]

I’m starting to the grocery store shortly as well as shopping solidified veggies, melon, as well as yogurt, between the rest of the list. Any suggestions from dieters?

I like putting my scrambled eggs on hot buttered toast…it’s so good! You could also make your own veggie quiche. Or make an omelet with cheese and veggies. Or you could simply add some veggies or bacon or sausage to our scrambled eggs. For more protein, eat peanut butter, soy beans, and drink milk. Good luck!

Why would the eggs have to be scrambled? You can make them in many different ways. Omelettes are good since you can put just about anything you like in them. Breakfast sandwiches were also popular when I had a coffee shop. Anyway if you really want things to add to scrambled eggs try: salsa, cheese, onions, peppers, and other veggies and meats.

Try an omelette, or a hard boiled egg? When I make an omelette, I load it with veggies like onions, any colour bell peppers, tomatoes, etc. So yummy. You can get protein from other things such as meats, beans, soy and tofu. I need more protein too, I don’t eat enough meat haha.

Get some oatmeal! Great source of fibre, yummy, keeps you full and very versatile. When it comes to healthy foods, go for tons of fruits and veggies, whole wheats and grains, lean meats, and low-fat dairy products.
