i really would add some lean meat to it
with this diet you won’t be eating very healthy at all. it may seem like health food but that’s only because you’re eating part of the pyramid. you need to eat each food group every day, have a variety in your meals. just fruits and veggies won’t cut it. you need to eat a piece of chicken or some form of meat a day for protein. many people are misinformed on protein, they think they need protein shakes and drinks to build muscle. this is false. the amount of protein you receive from a piece of chicken will do just fine for a day and its workout because you really don’t burn that much while you’re exercising. if you take in too much protein it can be harmful to the body.
